What is included in the daily rental of ₹7,500?

The daily rental includes the fully furnished 3BHK apartment, daily housekeeping (except Sundays), linen change twice weekly, high-speed WiFi (50+ MBPS), OTT entertainment, 24/7 power backup, free car parking, and all maintenance. GST at 12% and electricity consumption are charged separately.

Our 3 bedroom serviced apartment is located at A7-C39, Ardee City, Sector 52, Gurugram, Haryana 122011. It’s strategically positioned near Spencer’s Store and Mother Dairy Booth, with easy access to corporate offices, hospitals, and shopping centers.

What kitchen facilities are provided in the apartment?

The fully operational kitchen includes a refrigerator, RO water purifier, microwave, toaster, grinder, electric kettle, gas range with cylinder, and complete sets of crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots, and pans. Everything you need for comfortable home cooking is provided.

Is housekeeping service included?

Yes, daily housekeeping service is provided except on Sundays and public holidays. Professional cleaning staff maintains the apartment daily. Linen and towels are changed twice per week (except Sundays and public holidays).

What is the cancellation policy?

This is a non-refundable booking. Any amendments or changes made after confirmation will result in the entire reservation amount being non-refundable. We recommend confirming your travel dates before making the reservation.

Are there additional charges beyond the daily rental?

Yes, additional charges include: GST 12%, electricity at ₹12 per unit (actual consumption), extra bed at ₹500/day, additional guest at ₹800/day, and cooking service available at ₹1,000/day if required.

How many people can stay in this 3BHK serviced apartment?

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 spacious bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom. Extra beds and accommodation for additional guests can be arranged with applicable charges.

Is parking available at the serviced apartment?

Yes, dedicated car parking facility is available for guests at no additional charge. The parking is secure and conveniently located within the premises.
